Conservation at The Learning Club

Over the last two weeks at our Butetown session in Cardiff and Vale College, we’ve been lucky enough to be joined by a museum conservator in training who introduced the children to conservation techniques. This involved them piecing together broken slabs adorned with their name in hieroglyphs to learn about the process of restoring damaged artefacts.  Our team of budding conservators did a great job of learning some new skills! Thanks to Emma for all the effort she put into delivering the session.
